Refunds & Exchange Policy
NOTE: Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for ALL items being returned.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it, free of make-up, deodorant stains, and free of odor. The item(s) must have original tags and labels, shoes must have original boxes. Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive your item for the exchange or refund to be processed.
We will not process exchanges or refunds for dry-cleaned items. Perchloroethylene or "Perc" (dry cleaning fluid) has a very distinguishable odor and with our Perchloroethylene detector, we will be able to tell when an item has been dry cleaned.
IMPORTANT! For hygienic reasons, we do NOT accept exchanges for lingerie, bras, panties, makeup, shapewear or swimwear.
For U.S orders, the item(s) must be sent back to us within 14 days from the day it was delivered to you.
For Puerto Rico orders, the item(s) must be sent back to us within 21 days from the day it was delivered to you.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Note: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Sale/Clearance Items
1. Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale or Clearance items are Non-Refundable nor exchangeable.
2. If you send us a SALE/CLEARANCE item for a refund or an exchange, we will not grant such request. You will be responsible to send us a prepaid postal label to customersupport@myroyalcloset.com with your order number so that we can send your item(s) back to you.
Refunds
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive the item for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
1. To exchange your item, please contact customersupport@myroyalcloset.com to receive a prepaid label only to exchange your item(s) for a different item or a different size.
2. Please fill out and include our Return Order Form (which is included with your order) and mark that you need an exchange. If you lose or misplace your return slip, please contact us (customersupport@myroyalcloset.com) and we will email you one for your exchange.
3. We only allow 1 time exchange per item and as a courtesy shipping will be free. We cannot exchange an item more than once.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card code will be emailed to you.
